Occupational Therapy is the art and science of facilitating the development of skills necessary for daily functions such as fine motor skills, self-care and play/leisure activities. Our Occupational Therapy Department is comprised of dynamic, committed and experienced professionals invested in bringing state of the art treatment to children with various disabilities. Their creative programming is geared to best meet the needs of the various populations we serve.
In addition, we have strong relationships with many physician groups formulating specialty services to provide more comprehensive management of a child's individual challenges. For example: upper extremity/hand clinic, vision clinic, behavior management clinic, neonatal follow-up clinic. Please complete the new client registration form, the transfer client registration form, either the infant sensory form OR the over 3 years of age sensory form, medical history form, release of information form, prescription form and notice of privacy practices and send to: |
